Which size. Measure your duvet rather than your mattress and send us the figure. See the dimensions guide.
Linen or cotton. Tell us whether a crease would bother you. That one answer decides it.
Damage in transit. Photograph a broken ceramic in its box before unpacking further and we will replace it — no need to post the pieces back.
An order. Changes are possible until it is dispatched, which is usually the next morning.
